This project required the careful and considered refurbishment and modernisation of a period family home. Modernisation and upgrade of the detached residence, was extensive.  This included rationalisation of previously undertaken non-regulatory building works and upgrading of the building fabric. Our design services allowed the house to function better for the client and their young family.

The design and internal finish is intended to reflect the needs of a modern family, with a sympathetic nod to history and respectful consideration of the integrity of the period home.  Our design integrated modern detail and contemporary style  with the property’s delicate original features.
