OBFA were delighted to have Minister Eoghan Murphy T.D. undertake the official opening of this recently completed development in Gorey, for our client Wexford County Council.

This project is a small infill cluster of houses, each with specific support needs. OBFA undertook a detailed review of OT requirements and have adapted each house to accommodate the specific requirements of each tenant.

The Project has achieved nZEB compliance and all of the units received either A2 or A1 BER ratings.  A simple palette of finishes and clear elevation treatment allows this scheme to integrate well into the existing estate.
