Aviva Ireland, Dublin Corporate Headquarters
Having undertaken previous projects for Aviva in Dublin and Cork, OBFA were commissioned to design several new Employee and Broker suites within the Company Headquarters in Park Place Dublin.
With an emphasis on providing enhanced workflows and spaces suitable for modern work practices OBFA redesigned 3,500m² of floor plate to incorporate agile and flexible work environments. OBFA designed flexibility into each space to take consideration of flexible models of co-working, meeting hubs, and presentation suites.
In addition, OBFA upgraded the corporate suit to include new hospitality areas, conference room and supplementary meeting spaces. All layouts and spaces were designed to LEED principals for occupant well-being. The material finishes were of high quality to reflect the brand. Energy efficiency was at the core of the design, completed in 2018.
