Progress on our 12 elderly houses at Brady's Court, Oldbawn, Tallaght, Dublin.
Once complete these will add much needed single beds and third age friendly houses to the local area. Additionally they are placed in a well established community and well connect to local amenities. When complete they will be A1 Energy rated, complete with Solar PV Panels and air to water heat pumps.
