OBFA was thrilled to host tours of our nearly completed Richmond Housing project, in Inchicore, Dublin. The first of its kind in Ireland, this innovative development is designed for elderly housing, with multiple stakeholders collaborating, including Circle Voluntary Housing, Alone, the Department of Housing, the HSE, and Dublin City Council. Once finished, the project will offer 52 universally accessible homes, thoughtfully designed to support aging in place, ensuring residents can live independently with the necessary care and support services readily available.
