Sketch proposal for a competition for a multi unit, local authority housing development in Cabra, Dublin. OBFA's proposal was seeking to use the existing housing typology, scale and materiality to inform the new proposal- part of which was to reuse and adapt the existing industrial mid-century factory facade- the only competition entrant to do so.
